(b) The appointment of every staff member internationally recruited shall take effect from the date on which the staff member enters into official travel status to assume his or her duties or, if no official travel is involved, from the date on which the staff member starts to perform his or her duties.
)ب( يعتبر تعيين الموظف المعين على أساس دولي نافذا اعتبارا من اليوم الذي يشرع فيه الموظف في السفر بصفة رسمية لتسلم عمله. أما إذا كان حضوره للعمل لا يقتضي أي سفر رسمي، فيعتبر تعيينه نافذا اعتبارا من اليوم الذي يبدأ فيه الموظف أداء عمله.

(b) The appointment of staff engaged for activities of a limited duration under staff rule 301.1 (a) (ii) (LD appointment) shall take effect from the date on which the staff member enters into official travel status to assume his or her duties, or, if no official travel is involved, from the date on which the staff member starts to perform his or her duties.
(ب) يصبح تعييــن الموظــف المعيــن للاضطلاع بأنشطة محدودة الأجل بموجب القاعــدة 301/1 (أ) `2 ' نافذا اعتبارا من اليوم الذي يشرع فيه الموظف في السفر بصفة رسمية لتسلم عمله. أما إذا كان حضور الموظف للعمل لا يقتضي أي سفر رسمي، فيصبح تعيينه نافذا اعتبارا من اليوم الذي يبدأ فيه أداء عمله.
