12 - سجادة صغيرة الحجم مهداة من شاه إيران السابق إلى الشيخ جابر الأحمد الجابر الصباح أمير الكويت وبالمواصفات الآتية:

On behalf of the General Assembly, I ask the representative of the State of Kuwait to convey our condolences to the Government and the people of Kuwait and to the bereaved family of High Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
وبالنيابة عن الجمعية العامة، أرجو من ممثل دولة الكويت أن ينقل تعازينا إلى حكومة الكويت وشعبها والى الأسرة المكلومة لسمو الشيخ جابر الأحمد الجابر الصباح.

Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah was the ruler of Kuwait for more than 28 years, during which time he wisely guided his country towards economic prosperity, social modernization and political openness.
كان الشيخ جابر الأحمد الجابر الصباح حاكما للكويت لأكثر من 28 سنة، قاد خلالها بلده بحكمة نحو الازدهار الاقتصادي والتحديث الاجتماعي والانفتاح السياسي.

45. The acts of terrorism to which Kuwait had been subjected reached their peak with the criminal assassination attempt against the person of its head of State and the country's Amir, Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in 1985.
45 - وقد وصلت الأعمال الإرهابية التي تعرضت لها الكويت ذروتها بمحاولة الاغتيال الآثمة التي استهدفت شخص رئيس الدولة أمير البلاد الشيخ جابر الأحمد الجابر الصباح عام 1985.

11. Two swords inscribed " this weapon was produced during the reign of His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah 1404 H/1984 A.D. " and stamped with the British Royal seal and the letter W in English as well as the Koranic verse " In Yansurukum Allah Fala Ghaleb Lakum " , and a leather sheath for one sword.
11 - سيفان نُقشت عليهما عبارة (أنشئ هذا السلاح في عهد حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ جابر الأحمد الجابر الصباح عام 1404 هـ/1984 م)، ويحملان الختم الملكي البريطاني مع حرف (W) بالانكليزية ونُقش عليهما أيضا الآية الكريمة (إن ينصركم الله فلا غالب لكم)، مع غمد جلدي لسيف واحد.

Two swords, both inscribed [in Arabic] with the words " This weapon was made in the time of His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, A.H. 1404/A.D. 1984 " , stamped with the British royal seal and the English letter " W " and inscribed [in Arabic] with the Koranic verse " If Allah is your helper none can overcome you " (3:160), and one of them having a leather scabbard;
11 - سيفان منقوش عليهما عبارة (أنشئ هذا السلاح في عهد حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ جابر الأحمد الجابر الصباح سنة 1404 هـ - 1984 م)، وموسوما بالختم الملكي البريطاني مع حرف (W) بالانكليزية ومنقوشة عليهما أيضا الآية الكريمة (إن ينصركم الله فلا غالب لكم)، مع غمد جلدي لسيف واحد.

The Council expressed its deep appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of Kuwait, and to the Government and people of Kuwait for their warm welcome, generous hospitality and sincere fraternal sentiments, commending the arrangements made to host the meeting.
وعبﱠر المجلس اﻷعلى عن بالغ تقديره لصاحب السمو الشيخ جابر اﻷحمد الصباح أمير دولة الكويت، ولحكومة وشعب ودولة الكويت لحسن الاستقبال والحفاوة وكرم الضيافة ومشاعر اﻷخوة الصادقة، مشيدا بالترتيبات التي أعدت لاستضافة هذا الاجتماع.

At the invitation of His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of Kuwait, the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held its eighteenth session in Kuwait from 20 to 22 December 1997 under the chairmanship of His Highness the Amir. The meeting was attended by:
