On 18 March 2010, the Council met to consider a vacancy on the International Court of Justice following the resignation of Judge Shi Jiuyong, which would take effect on 28 May 2010.
وفي 18 آذار/مارس 2010، اجتمع المجلس للنظر في أمر شغور منصب في محكمة العدل الدولية عقب استقالة القاضي شي جيونغ التي تسري اعتبارا من 28 أيار/مايو 2010.

47. Mr. Shi Jiuyong (President of the International Court of Justice), responding to the comments made by the representative of Mexico, agreed that it was regrettable that the Court had only two official languages.
