15-1 تتخذ حكومة جنوب السودان جميع التدابير اللازمة لاستئناف إنتاج النفط في كل الحقول الواقعة في إقليم جنوب السودان، وتصدر في غضون أربعة عشر (14) يوما من توقيع هذا الاتفاق تعليمات إلى شركات النفط العاملة في جنوب السودان لإعادة مباشرة إنتاج النفط في الوحدات 1 و 2 و 4 والوحدة 5 ألف والوحدتين 3 و 7 ونقله عبر شبكتي النقل التابعتين لشركة النيل الكبرى لعمليات البترول وشركة بترودار.

14.1 As the Parties at the time of signature of this Agreement disagree and reserve their positions with regard to the consequences of the secession of the RSS on Sudapet's participating interests in exploration and production sharing agreements with contract areas located in the RSS, they shall discuss the matter within a period of two (2) months from the signature of this Agreement with the aim to reach an agreement.
14-1 بما أن الطرفين، عند التوقيع على هذا الاتفاق، يختلفان ويحتفظ كل منهما بموقفه فيما يتعلق بآثار انفصال جنوب السودان على حصص مشاركة شركة سودابت في اتفاقات التنقيب وتقاسم الإنتاج في المناطق المشمولة بالعقود الواقعة في جنوب السودان، فإنهما سيناقشان المسألة في غضون شهرين (2) من توقيع هذا الاتفاق بهدف التوصل إلى اتفاق.

15.2 The GoS shall take all necessary measures to resume the processing and transportation in the RoS of oil produced in the territory of the RSS when resumed, and shall within fourteen (14) days of the signature of this Agreement issue an instruction to the oil companies operating in the RoS to re-establish both the GNPOC and Petrodar processing facilities and the transportation systems to receive, process and transport such oil.
15-2 تتخذ حكومة السودان جميع التدابير اللازمة لتستأنف في السودان معالجة ونقل النفط المنتج في إقليم جنوب السودان عندما يستأنف إنتاجه، وتقوم في غضون أربعة عشر (14) يوما من توقيع هذا الاتفاق بإصدار تعليمات إلى شركات النفط العاملة في السودان لإعادة تمكين مرافق المعالجة وشبكتي النقل التابعة لشركة النيل الكبرى لعمليات البترول وشركة بترودار من استلام ومعالجة ونقل هذا النفط.

The members of the Council express their hope and conviction that the signature of this Agreement will mark a watershed in the history of the Sudan, look forward to its implementation, and call on the emerging Government of National Unity to work expeditiously to consolidate peace throughout the country.
ويعبر أعضاء المجلس عن أملهم وقناعتهم بأن التوقيع على هذا الاتفاق سيكون نقطة فاصلة في تاريخ السودان، ويتطلع إلى تنفيذه، ويطالب حكومة الوحدة الوطنية الناشئة بأن تعمل على وجه السرعة على تدعيم السلام في جميع أرجاء البلد كله.

That the signature of this Agreement was followed in quick succession by the conclusion by the IPU of similar cooperation agreements with the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) is adequate testimony to the validity of the principles underlying the need for closer interaction between the IPU and the United Nations and its specialized agencies.
إن التوقيع على هذا الاتفاق وما تلاه في تعاقب سريع بإبرام الاتحاد لاتفاقي تعاون مشابهين مع منظمــة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة ومع منظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة يشهد بما فيه الكفاية علــى صحة المبادئ الكامنة وراء الحاجة إلى إقامة تفاعل أوثق بين الإتحاد البرلماني الدولي والأمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة.
