Dr. Sima Samar is no longer in the cabinet; she has been appointed by the Human Rights Commission as member and chair of the Commission.
ولم تعد الدكتورة سيما سمر عضوا في الوزارة؛ وقد عينتها اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان عضوة بها ورئيسة لها.

This Commission was established on 6 June 2002 with 11 members, of whom 5, including the Chairperson, Dr. Sima Samar, are women.

On 24 January 2014, President Ali Bongo Ondimba appointed Daniel Ona Ondo, a member of the Parti démocratique gabonais, as the new Prime Minister and Head of Government in replacement of Raymond Ndong Sima.
وفي 24 كانون الثاني/يناير 2014، عيَّن الرئيس علي بونغو أونديمبا السيد دانييل أونا أوندو، أحد أعضاء الحزب الديمقراطي الغابوني، رئيسا للوزراء ورئيسا جديدا للحكومة، وذلك خلفا للسيد رايمون ندونغ سيما.

The Chairwoman of AIHRC, Mrs. Sima Samar has been appointed since 2005 as the UN Human Rights Special Rapporteur in Sudan.
فقد عُينت رئيسة اللجنة الأفغانية المستقلة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، السيدة سيما سمر منذ عام 2005 مقررة خاصة لحقوق الإنسان بالأمم المتحدة في السودان.

The laureates were 2004 Dr. Sima Samar, Afghanistan; 2005 Prof. Abdel Mohammad Gerais, Sudan; 2006 Dr. Juan Manuel Canales, Mexico; 2007 Dr. Bogaletch Gebre, Ethiopia.

The Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Sudan, Ms. Sima Samar, has been unable to undertake a mission to the Sudan during the reporting period and will not submit a report to the fifth session of the Human Rights Council.
لم تتمكن المقررة الخاصة المعنية بحالة حقوق الإنسان في السودان، السيدة سيما سمر، من القيام ببعثة إلى السودان خلال الفترة المستعرضة، ولن تقدم تقريراً إلى الدورة الخامسة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان.

91. At the same meeting, Ms. Sima Samar, Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Sudan, made a statement.
91- وفي الجلسة ذاتها، أدلت السيدة سيما سمر، المقرر الخاصة المعنية بحالة حقوق الإنسان في السودان ببيان.

The acquisition of Sima, part of a long-term development strategy, strengthens the position of Eramet within its sector.
