15. The Working Group, having rendered this opinion, requests the Government of Cuba to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of these four persons, to bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and to take appropriate steps with a view to becoming a State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
15- ونتيجةً للرأي الذي قُدّم، يطلب الفريق العامل من الحكومة الكوبية أن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لمعالجة أوضاع هؤلاء الأشخاص الأربعة وفقاً للمعايير والمبادئ المحددة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، وأن تتخذ المبادرات المناسبة لكي تصبح دولة طرفاً في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

50. The no-contact principle does not mean that mechanisms cannot be established for indirectly monitoring the situation of these peoples.
50- ولا يعني مبدأ عدم الاتصال أنه لا يمكن وضع آليات لرصد حالة هذه الشعوب رصداً غير مباشر.
