This set of recommendations applies to the situations described in CCW Article 1, as amended on 21 December 2001.
6- وتسري مجموعة التوصيات هذه على الحالات المبينة في المادة 1 من اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر، بصيغتها المنقحة في 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2001.

This is reiterated in article 8, which states that members of the Armed Forces who engage in military operations, including the planning, decision-making and management, or who participate in post-operations activities, in the situations described in article 5, paragraph 1, shall be subject to the applicable rules of international human rights law and international humanitarian law.

Observations were made that, in the situations described in subparagraphs (f) and (g) of paragraph 17 of document A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.110 the courts had sought solutions by interpreting the original contract and the subsequent agreements and establishing whether the parties intended that some terms in the original contract, including the arbitration agreement, were to be carried over into the subsequent or related agreement.
47- وأبديت ملاحظات مفادها أنه في الأحوال المبينة في الفقرتين الفرعيتين (و) و (ز) من الفقرة (17) من الوثيقة A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.110 سعت المحاكم الى التوصل الى حلول بتفسير العقد الأصلي والاتفاقات اللاحقة واثبات ما ان كانت نية الطرفين هي أن تمتد الأحكام الواردة في العقد الأصلي، ومن ضمنها اتفاق التحكيم، الى الاتفاق اللاحق أو ذي الصلة.

The resulting obligation to refuse refuge or asylum implies the right of expulsion if the receiving State is faced with the situations described in the relevant paragraphs of resolution 1373 (2001).
وما يستنتج منها من التزام برفض توفير الملاذ أو اللجوء يستنبط منه حق الطرد عندما تجد الدولة المستقبلة نفسها في مواجهة الحالات الوارد وصفها في الفقرات السالفة الذكر من القرار 1373 (2001).
