At its fifty-second session, the Commission on Human Rights, in its resolution 1996/49, took note of the procedures established by the Special Rapporteur to seek information from Governments concerning specific cases of alleged violence in order to identify and investigate situations of violence against women, its causes and consequences, in particular standard information forms.
١- أحاطت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان علماً في دورتها الثانية والخمسين، في قرارها ٦٩٩١/٩٤، باﻹجراءات التي وضعتها المقررة الخاصة للحصول على معلومات من الحكومات فيما يتعلق بحالات محدّدة من أعمال العنف المدعى وقوعها من أجل تحديد واستقصاء حالات العنف ضد المرأة وأسبابها ونتائجها، ولا سيما لوضع نماذج المعلومات الموحّدة.

Romania recommended (a) ensuring the full protection of children's rights, in particular of children who are victims of the internal armed conflict and adequately addressing all situations of violence against women; and (b) adopting measures to protect human rights defenders and cooperate with human rights organizations in adopting a national plan of action for human rights and in the implementation of review recommendations.
وأوصت رومانيا (أ) بكفالة الحماية الكاملة لحقوق الأطفال، ولا سيما الأطفال ضحايا النزاعات المسلحة الداخلية والتصدي لجميع حالات العنف ضد المرأة بشكل ملائم؛ (ب) واعتماد تدابير لحماية المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان والتعاون مع منظمات حقوق الإنسان في اعتماد خطة عمل وطنية لحقوق الإنسان وفي تنفيذ توصيات الاستعراض.
