Article 5 Special situations of vulnerability

The data should cover all areas of the Convention and should be disaggregated by age, sex, geographic location, ethnic, national and socioeconomic background in order to facilitate analysis of the situation of all children, particularly those in situations of vulnerability.

This could include, for example, educational programmes about disability for everybody, integrating educational and other facilities for children with additional requirements into the mainstream, and mixed tenure housing schemes in which people in different situations of vulnerability live alongside those not in those situations;
