33. The impact of the end of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Textiles and Clothing on 1 January 2005, in particular its quota system, has been mixed: a few Least Developed Countries have been able to increase their exports of textiles substantially but several smaller producers have been unable to compete under the liberalized regime.
33 - وهناك آثار متباينة لانتهاء الاتفاق المتعلق بالمنسوجات والملابس لاتفاقية التجارة العالمية، في 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2005، وخصوصا نظام الحصص المفروضة . فقد تمكّن عدد قليل من أقل البلدان نموا من زيادة صادراتها من المنسوجات زيادة كبيرة، ولكن لم يتمكن عدد من صغار المنتجين من المنافسة في إطار النظام الحر.
