" Bulk containers are containment systems (including any liner or coating) intended for the transport of solid substances which are in direct contact with the containment system.
" حاويات السوائب هي نظم حاويات (تشمل أي بطانة أو تغليف) لنقل المواد الصلبة التي تتصل اتصالاً مباشراً بنظام الاحتواء.

4.3.1.1 This section provides general requirements applicable to the use of containers for the transport of solid substances in bulk. Substances shall be transported in bulk containers conforming to the applicable bulk container instruction identified by the letters BK in column 10 of the Dangerous Goods List, with the following meaning:
4-3-1-1 يعرض هذا الفصل الأحكام العامة الواجبة التطبيق على استخدام الحاويات لنقل المواد الصلبة السائبة، وتنقل المواد في حاويات سوائب تتمشى مع توجيه حاويات السوائب المنطبق محددة بحرفي BK في العمود 10 من قائمة البضائع الخطرة بالمعنى التالي:

(d) The transport of dangerous solid substances in bulk;
(د) نقل المواد الصلبة السائبة الخطرة؛

" solid substances (powders) may become corrosive or irritant when moistened or in contact with moist skin or mucous membranes. " .
" يمكن أن تصبح المواد الصلبة (المساحيق) أكّالة أو مهيّجة عندما تُرطّب أو عندما تلمس جلدا رطبا أو الأغشية المخاطية " .

Add the second sentence of former 3.2.2.2 ( " solid substances...mucous membranes " ) as the last sentence of new paragraph 3.2.2.2.3.
وتضاف الجملة الثانية من الفقرة السابقة 3-2-2-2 (وقد تصبح المواد الصلبة ... أغشية مخاطية " كجملة أخيرة للفقرة الجديدة 3-2-2-2-3.

4.2.1.18.2 Unless otherwise indicated in the Dangerous Goods List of Chapter 3.2, portable tanks used for the transport of these solid substances above their melting point shall conform to the provisions of portable tank instruction T4 for solid substances of packing group III or T7 for solid substances of packing group II. A portable tank that affords an equivalent or greater level of safety may be selected according to 4.2.5.2.5.

According to the Weapons Act, Section 5, it is prohibited without a license from the Minister of Justice to manufacture or develop " solid substances, liquids or gases which, upon dispersion, have the effect of causing injury, stunning or irritating " .
ووفقا للمادة 5 من قانون الأسلحة، يحظر بدون ترخيص من وزير العدل صنع أو تطوير " مواد صلبة أو سوائل أو غازات تتسبب لدى إطلاقها بحدوث إصابات أو صدمات صاعقة أو بروز أعراض تحسسية " .

" For tanks only used for the transport of solid substances other than toxic or corrosive substances and which do not liquefy during transport, the hydraulic pressure test may be replaced by a suitable pressure test at 1.5 times the MAWP, subject to competent authority approval. " .
" وبالنسبة للصهاريج التي لا تستخدم إلا لنقل مواد صلبة أخرى غير المواد السامة أو الآكلة والتي لا تسيل أثناء النقل يمكن الاستعاضة عن اختبار الضغط الهيدروليكي باختبار ضغط مناسب يبلغ 1.5 مرة ضغط التشغيل الأقصى المسموح به بشرط موافقة السلطة المختصة. " .
