وإذ ترحب بتعيين السيد عبد الفتاح عمرو مقررا خاصا للجنة حقوق الانسان، وإذ تدعو جميع الحكومات الى التعاون مع المقرر الخاص لتمكينه من أداء ولايته بصورة كاملة،

٣٢ ـ ترجـو من اﻷمين العام تقديم كل المساعدة والموارد اللازمة إلى المقرر الخاص لتمكينه من تنفيذ ولايته ومن تقديم تقرير إلى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين؛
