إن القرار الخاص بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان في إيران كان من الممكن، في الواقع، أن يكون أكثـــر توازنا في تأكيده وصياغته، عاكسا بطريقة أكمل المشروطيات والفروق الدقيقة التي أبلغ عنها الممثل الخاص في تقريره.

6. Welcomes the information provided by the Special Representative in his report on field missions and country initiatives, calls upon Governments and other parties in the countries concerned to implement the commitments they have undertaken, and invites them to consider carefully and to address the recommendations of the Special Representative;
٦ - ترحب بالمعلومات التي قدمها الممثل الخاص في تقريره عن البعثات الميدانية والمبادرات القطرية وتطلب إلى الحكومات واﻷطراف اﻷخرى في البلدان المعنية أن تنفذ الالتزامات التي قطعتها على نفسها وتدعوها إلى النظر بعناية في معالجة توصيات الممثل الخاص؛

The Commission took note with concern about the situation of human rights, especially the functioning of the system of justice, as reported by the Special Representative in his report to the Commission (E/CN.4/1997/85).
٥- وأحاطت اللجنة علماً مع القلق بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان، وخاصة عمل نظام القضاء، على نحو ما عرضه الممثل الخاص في تقريره إلى اللجنة (E/CN.4/1997/85).

6. The General Assembly expressed grave concern about the serious violations of human rights as detailed by the Special Representative in his report, and called upon the Government of Cambodia to prosecute, in accordance with due process of law and international standards relating to human rights, all those who had perpetrated human rights violations.
٦ - وأعربت الجمعية العامة عن القلق البالغ إزاء الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوق اﻹنسان على النحو الذي فصله الممثل الخاص في تقريره وطلبت من حكومة كمبوديا محاكمة جميع مقترفي انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان وفقا لﻹجراءات القانونية الواجبة والمعايير الدولية المتصلة بحقوق اﻹنسان.

6. The General Assembly requested the Special Representative, in collaboration with the office in Cambodia of the Centre for Human Rights, to continue his evaluation of the extent to which the recommendations made by the Special Representative in his report, and those contained in his previous reports, were followed up and implemented, and strongly encouraged the Government of Cambodia to continue to cooperate with the Special Representative.
٦- وطلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الممثل الخاص أن يواصل، بالتعاون مع مكتب مركز حقوق اﻹنسان في كمبوديا، تقييمه لمدى متابعة وتنفيذ التوصيات التي قدمها الممثل الخاص في تقريره والتوصيات الواردة في تقاريره السابقة، وشجعت بشدة حكومة كمبوديا على مواصلة التعاون مع الممثل الخاص.

9. 11. Also expresses grave concern about the serious violations of human rights as detailed by the Special Representative in his report, and calls upon the Government of Cambodia to prosecute in accordance with the due process of the law and international standards relating to human rights all those who have perpetrated human rights violations;
١١ - تعرب أيضا عن القلق البالغ إزاء الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوق اﻹنسان على النحو الذي فصله الممثل الخاص في تقريره. وتدعو حكومة كمبوديا إلى محاكمة جميع مقترفي انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان وفقا لﻹجراءات القانونية الواجبة والمعايير الدولية المتصلة بحقوق اﻹنسان؛

15. Takes note of the concern expressed by the Special Representative in his report at the widely reported allegations of threats to members of the National Assembly and recommends that the Government of Cambodia take all necessary steps to ensure that members of the National Assembly can work in an environment free from intimidation;
٥١- تحيط علماً بقلق الممثل الخاص في تقريره من اﻷنباء المترددة بصورة واسعة عن التهديدات التي يدعى أنها وجهت إلى أعضاء الجمعية الوطنية وتوصي بأن تتخذ حكومة كمبوديا كل الخطوات اللازمة لكفالة تمكن أعضاء الجمعية الوطنية من العمل في جو يخلو من التخويف؛

6. ٦ - تطلب الى الممثل الخاص أن يضطلع، بالتعاون مع مكتب مركز حقوق اﻹنسان في كمبوديا، بتقييم مدى متابعة وتنفيذ التوصيات التي قدمها الممثل الخاص في تقريره)٦٠(، والتوصيات الواردة في تقريره اﻷول)٦١(؛

48. The issue of the rearrest order given by the Prime Minister on 3 December 1999 was raised by the Special Representative in his report to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-seventh session (E/CN.4/2001/103, para. 50).
48 - وقد أثار الممثل الخاص في تقريره إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان في دورتها السابعة والخمسين E/CN.4/2001/103)، الفقرة 50) مسألة أمر إعادة القبض الصادر عن رئيس الوزراء في 3 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1999.

C. The corporate responsibility to respect 15. With regard to the corporate responsibility to respect human rights, the Special Representative, in his report to the Human Rights Council, further elaborated the due diligence process whereby companies could know and show that they respected rights.
15 - فيما يتعلق بمسؤولية الشركات عن احترام حقوق الإنسان، تطرق الممثل الخاص في تقريره المقدم إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان، بمزيد من التفصيل إلى عملية العناية الواجبة التي يمكن للشركات من خلالها أن تعلم أنها تحترم حقوق الإنسان وتبرهن على ذلك.

7. Requests the Special Representative, in collaboration with the office in Cambodia of the Centre for Human Rights, to continue his evaluation of the extent to which the recommendations made by the Special Representative in his report, 40/ and those contained in his previous reports, are followed up and implemented, and strongly encourages the Government of Cambodia to continue to cooperate with the Special Representative;
٧ - تطلب إلى الممثل الخاص أن يواصل، بالتعاون مع مكتب مركز حقوق اﻹنسان في كمبوديا، تقييمه لمدى متابعة وتنفيذ التوصيات التي قدمها الممثل الخاص في تقريره)٤٠(، والتوصيات الواردة في تقاريره السابقة، وتشجع بشدة حكومة كمبوديا على مواصلة التعاون مع الممثل الخاص؛
