٣ - تحث جميع الدول والوكالات المتخصصة وهيئات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة على مواصلة دعم الشعب الفلسطيني ومساعدته في سعيه نحو تقرير المصير.

The Committee decided that its Chairperson should send letters to the specialized agencies and organizations of the United Nations system seeking support for the work of the Committee and identifying members of the Committee who were serving as focal points for the particular agency or organization.
٤٣٠ - قررت اللجنة أن توجه رئيستها رسائل إلى الوكالات والمؤسسات المتخصصة في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة طالبا الدعم ﻷعمال اللجنة، وتحديد أعضاء اللجنة الذين سيقومون بدور مركز التنسيق لكل وكالة أو مؤسسة.

'4. Invites the Secretary-General to inform Member States and the relevant specialized agencies and organizations of the United Nations system of the adoption of the present resolution, to encourage action towards making its provisions widely known and to promote its full implementation;
" ٤ - تدعو اﻷمين العام إلى أن يبلغ الدول اﻷعضاء والوكالات والمنظمات المتخصصة ذات الصلة بمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة إلى اعتماد هذا القرار لتشجيع اتخاذ اجراءات يكون من شأنها التعريف بأحكامه وتشجيع تطبيقها تطبيقا تاما؛

It welcomes the assistance provided so far, but notes that only some specialized agencies and organizations of the United Nations system have been involved in providing assistance to Non-Self-Governing Territories.
وهي ترحب بالمساعدات التي قدمت حتى اﻵن، وإن كانت تلاحظ أنه لم يشارك في توفير المساعدة إلى اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي إلا بعض من الوكالات المتخصصة والمؤسسات في منظومة اﻷمم المتحــدة.
