أما التبرعات النقدية التي توضع تحت تصرف الأمين العام كسلف، فإنها لا تعتبر إيرادات عند تحديد مجموع المبلغ الذي يقسم على الدول الأعضاء؛ وتودع هذه التبرعات في حسابات معلقة، ما لم يطلب المانح خلاف ذلك؛

تُعامَل جميع الأموال التي يجري القبول بها لأغراضٍ تحددها الجهات المانحة باعتبارها صناديق استئمانية أو حسابات خاصة.
