(o) The Registrar or the Prosecutor, as appropriate, may authorize staff members of the Court to engage in an outside occupation or employment, whether remunerated or not, if:

Regulation 3.4 (a) The Registrar, in consultation with the Prosecutor, shall, in conformity with United Nations common system standards, establish terms and conditions under which an education grant shall be available to staff members of the Court residing and serving outside their recognized home country.
