Although this question may be analysed in terms that invoke the abstract interest of the State of the forum in the establishment of labour regulations and the application of its labour law in its territory, this interest is none the less justified by the desire to grant a natural person who is a party to a contract of employment concrete guarantees of legal protection.

9. In regard to measures of constraint in case a State has not satisfied a final and binding judgement within a limited period, Austria would envisage that measures of constraint could be taken against specified property situated in the territory of the State of the forum.
٩ - وفيما يتعلق باتخاذ إجراءات جبرية في حالة عدم امتثال دولة لحكم نهائي وملزم داخل فترة محدودة، ترى النمسا إمكانية اتخاذ إجراءات جبرية ضد ممتلكات محددة تقع في أراضي دولة المحكمة.
