(14) The Committee notes with concern that the State party's legislation does not provide for special measures to remedy disadvantaged situations experienced by certain ethnic groups.
(14) تلاحظ اللجنة بقلق أن تشريعات الدولة الطرف لا تنص على تدابير خاصة للانتصاف في حالات الحرمان التي تتعرض لها بعض المجموعات الإثنية.

7.4 The complainant reiterates that his brother's appeals are likely to fail, since the State party's legislation does not provide for refugee status to be granted to individuals whose extradition is sought on charges of terrorism, religious extremism and participation in illegal religious organizations.
7-4 ويؤكد مقدّم الشكوى أن من المرجح أن ترفض طعون أخيه لأن تشريعات الدولة الطرف لا تنص على منح صفة لاجئ للأفراد المطلوب تسليمهم بتهم مرتبطة بالإرهاب والتطرف الديني والمشاركة في منظمات دينية غير قانونية.

The Committee is concerned that the State party's legislation does not criminalize the production or dissemination of materials advertising the sale of children, child prostitution or child pornography, but notes information from the State party that it is currently working to decide whether supplementary legislation is desirable to ban such advertisement.

However the Committee remains concerned that the State party's legislation does not provide protection to informal workers in agriculture, tourist industry, begging and domestic service, where children aged below 15 years, especially foreign children and children in street situations, are mostly involved.
بيد أن اللجنة لا يزال يساورها القلق لكون قوانين الدولة الطرف لا توفر الحماية للعمال غير النظاميين في الزراعة، والقطاع السياحي، وفي التسوّل وخدمة المنازل، حيث هناك وجود كبير للأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 15 سنة، ولا سيما حيث الأطفال الأجانب وأطفال الشوارع.
