However, nothing shall affect the right of the author or authors or the State party concerned to make public any submission or information bearing on the proceedings unless the Committee, working group or rapporteur requests the author of a communication or the State party concerned to keep confidential the whole or part of any submission or information relating to the proceedings (rule 74 (6) and (7)).
39- بيد أنه لا يوجد ما يمس حق صاحب أو أصحاب البلاغ أو الدولة الطرف المعنية في إذاعة أي بيانات أو معلومات تتعلق بالإجراءات إلا إذا طلب اللجنة أو الفريق العامل أو المقرر إلى صاحب البلاغ أو الدولة الطرف المعنية الحفاظ على سرية أي بيانات أو معلومات تتعلق بالإجراءات أو سرية جزء منها (المادة 74(6) و(7) من النظام الداخلي).
