1055. Taking note of the recent achievements in the field of law reform, the Committee is concerned about the insufficiency of the measures taken by the State party to harmonize national legislation with the principles and provisions of the Convention.
١٠٥٥- وفي حين تلاحظ اللجنة الانجازات التي تحققت مؤخرا في ميدان إصلاح القوانين، فإنها تشعر بالقلق إزاء عدم كفاية التدابير التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف لمواءمة التشريعات الوطنية مع مبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها.

It invites the State party to harmonize its domestic legislation on aliens and asylum-seekers with the Convention, and to take into account the recommendations made in this area by different bodies and organizations dealing with racial discrimination issues.

While the Committee notes the efforts undertaken by the State party to harmonize legislation in order to ensure greater consistency with the Convention, in particular the amendments to the provisions of the Family Code and the Civil Code, it remains concerned at the lack of resources to implement these laws effectively.
9- بينما تنوه اللجنة بالجهود التي بذلتها الدولة الطرف لمواءمة تشريعها من أجل ضمان قدر أكبر من الاتساق مع الاتفاقية، ولا سيما التعديلات على أحكام قانون الأسرة والقانون المدني، فإنها تظل تشعر بالقلق إزاء الافتقار إلى الموارد لتنفيذ هذه القوانين تنفيذاً فعالاً.

While the Committee notes the efforts undertaken by the State party to harmonize legislation in order to ensure greater consistency with the Convention, it remains concerned that some aspects of domestic legislation remain inconsistent with the principles and provisions of the Convention.
7- بينما تنوه اللجنة بالجهود المبذولة من الدولة الطرف لمواءمة تشريعاتها بغية جعلها أكثر اتساقاً مع أحكام الاتفاقيـة، لا تزال تشعـر بالقلق لكون بعض الجوانب من التشريعات المحلية لا تزال غير متسقة مع مبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها.

The Committee appreciates the efforts made by State party to harmonize its national legislation with the Convention, particularly with the adoption of the legal package in 2005 and Law No. 288 modifying and completing the Family Code in 2007.
