States Parties agree to consider the applicability of measures within their own institutional systems to create, maintain and strengthen:

1. The States Parties agree to consult and cooperate with each other regarding the implementation of the provisions of this Convention and to work together in a spirit of cooperation to facilitate compliance by States Parties with their obligations under this Convention.
1 - توافق الدول الأطراف على التشاور والتعاون فيما بينها بشأن تنفيذ أحكام هذه الاتفاقية، وعلى العمل معا بروح من التعاون بغية تيسير امتثال الدول الأطراف لالتزاماتها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية.

The States Parties agree to undertake the following actions in the period 2010 - 2014, in support of enhanced implementation and promotion of the Convention:

The States Parties agree to commence negotiations and conclude in the shortest possible time a treaty banning the use or threat of use of nuclear weapons under any circumstances pursuant to the successful conclusion of the legally binding instrument to assure non-nuclear-weapon States against the use or threat of use of nuclear weapons.
٨١٦ - توافق الدول الأطراف على الشروع في مفاوضات وعلى أن تعقد في أقرب أجل ممكن معاهدة تحظر استخدام الأسلحة النووية أو التهديد باستخدامها في أي حال من الأحوال، عقب النجاح في إبرام الصك الملزم قانونا لتأكيد سلامة الدول غير الحائزة للأسلحة النووية من استخدام الأسلحة النووية أو التهديد باستخدامها ضدها.

35. The States Parties agree to establish a subsidiary body to Main Committee I of the 2000 Review Conference to deliberate on practical steps for systematic and progressive efforts to eliminate nuclear weapons.
35 - وتوافق الدول الأطراف على إنشاء هيئة تابعة للجنة الرئيسية الأولى بمؤتمر استعراض المعاهدة عام 2000 بغية مناقشة خطوات عملية من أجل بذل جهود منتظمة ومطردة لإزالة الأسلحة النووية.
