States Parties shall take measures not less favourable than those applied to nationals to ensure that working and living conditions of migrant workers and members of their families in a regular situation are in keeping with the standards of fitness, safety, health and principles of human dignity.
تتخذ الدول الأطراف تدابير لا تقل مواتاة عن التدابير التي تنطبق على رعاياها لضمان أن تكون ظروف عمل ومعيشة العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسراهم الذين هم في وضع نظامي متفقة مع معايير الملاءمة الصحية والسلامة الصحية ومبادئ الكرامة الإنسانية.

Article 30 of the Convention provides that States Parties shall take measures to promote the participation of people with disabilities in mainstream sporting activities and disability-specific sporting and recreational activities, and to ensure that children with disabilities have equal access to participation in recreation and sports.
وتنص المادة 30 من الاتفاقية على أن تتخذ الدول الأطراف تدابير لتعزيز مشاركة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الأنشطة الرياضية العامة والأنشطة الرياضية والترفيهية الخاصة بالإعاقة، وكفالة إمكانية مشاركة الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة على قدم المساواة في الأنشطة الترفيهية والرياضية.

1. States Parties shall take measures conducive to the optimal implementation of this Convention to the extent possible, through international cooperation, taking into account the negative effects of corruption on society in general, in particular on sustainable development.
1- تتخذ الدول الأطراف تدابير تساعد على التنفيذ الأمثل لهذه الاتفاقية قدر الإمكان، من خلال التعاون الدولي، آخذة في اعتبارها ما للفساد من آثار سلبية في المجتمع عموما وفي التنمية المستدامة خصوصا.

1. States Parties shall take measures conducive to the optimal implementation of this Convention to the extent possible, through international cooperation, taking into account the negative effects of organized crime on sustainable development.
١- على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ تدابير تفضي الى تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية على النحو اﻷمثل بقدر اﻹمكان، من خلال التعاون الدولي، بحيث توضع في الحسبان اﻵثار السلبية لظاهرة الجريمة المنظمة في التنمية المستدامة.

1. States Parties shall take measures to ensure that they provide or strengthen information programmes to increase public awareness of the fact that the smuggling of migrants is a criminal activity frequently perpetrated by criminal organizations for profit and that it poses serious risks to the migrants involved.
١- يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ تدابير لضمان قيامها بتوفير أو تعزيز برامج اعلامية لزيادة وعي الناس بأن تهريب المهاجرين هو نشاط اجرامي كثيرا ما ترتكبه تنظيمات اجرامية بهدف الربح، وأنه يسبب مخاطر شديدة للمهاجرين المعنيين.

4. States Parties shall take measures to ensure appropriate training, in particular legal and psychological, for the persons who work with child victims of the offences prohibited under the present Protocol.
4 - تتخذ الدول الأطراف التدابير اللازمة التي تكفل التدريب الملائم، وخاصة التدريب القانوني والنفسي، للأشخاص الذين يعملون مع الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم المحظورة بموجب هذا البروتوكول.

وتنص المادة 30 من الاتفاقية على أن تتخذ الدول الأطراف تدابير لتعزيز مشاركة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الأنشطة الرياضية العامة وفي الأنشطة الرياضية والترفيهية المخصصة لذوي الإعاقة، وأن تكفل حصول الأطفال المعوقين على فرص متساوية للمشاركة في الأنشطة الترفيهية والرياضية.

According to article 62, paragraph 1, " States Parties shall take measures conducive to the optimal implementation of this Convention to the extent possible, through international cooperation, taking into account the negative effects of corruption on society in general, in particular on sustainable development " , and pursuant to paragraph 2, they must make " concrete efforts " in this regard.
وتنص الفقرة 1 من المادة 62 على أن " تتخذ الدول الأطراف تدابير تساعد على التنفيذ الأمثل لهذه الاتفاقية قدر الإمكان، من خلال التعاون الدولي، آخذة في اعتبارها ما للفساد من آثار سلبية في المجتمع عموما وفي التنمية المستدامة خصوصا، ويجب عليها، عملا بالفقرة 2، أن تبذل " جهودا ملموسة " في هذا الشأن.

In order to improve understanding and information on the detection of financial networks linked to transnational organized crime, States Parties shall take measures to gather financial information and, as much as possible, shall facilitate the exchange of such information, including exchanges between law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.
٢ - من أجل تحسين الفهم والمعلومات عن كشف الشبكات المالية المرتبطة بالجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ تدابير لجمع المعلومات المالية ، وتسهيل تبادل هذه المعلومات بقدر الامكان ، بما فيها المبادلات بين وكالات إنفاذ القانون والهيئات التنظيمية .

4. States Parties shall take measures to provide assistance to victims Several delegations suggested that issues related to restitution to victims and victim assistance be dealt with in a separate article.
٤ - على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ تدابير لتقديم المساعدة الى ضحايااقترحت عدة وفود تناول المسائل المتعلقة بتعويض الضحايا ومساعدتهم في مادة منفصلة .

In order to improve understanding and information on the detection of financial networks linked to transnational organized crime, States Parties shall take measures to gather financial information and, as much as possible, shall facilitate the exchange of such information, including exchanges between law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.
٢ - من أجل تحسين التفاهم والابلاغ عن كشف الشبكات المالية المرتبطة بالجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية ، يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ تدابير لجمع معلومات مالية ، وأن تسهل تبادل هذه المعلومات ، بما في ذلك بين أجهزة إنفاذ القانون والهيئات الرقابية .
