The Working Group reminded States parties to continue to notify the Secretary-General about the designation of competent authorities that may assist other States parties in developing and implementing specific measures for the prevention of corruption, pursuant to article 6, paragraph 3, of the Convention, and, in particular, to update existing information where needed.
14- وذكَّر الفريقُ العامل الدولَ الأطراف بأنَّ عليها أن تواصل إبلاغ الأمين العام بتعيين السلطات المختصة التي يمكن أن تساعد الدول الأطراف الأخرى على وضع وتنفيذ تدابير محدّدة لمنع الفساد، عملا بالفقرة 3 من المادة 6 من الاتفاقية، وأن تواظب بوجه خاص على تحديث المعلومات الموجودة، عند الاقتضاء.

In the same resolution, the Conference noted with appreciation that many States parties had shared information on their initiatives and good practices on the topics considered by the second intersessional meeting of the Working Group, and urged States parties to continue to share with the Secretariat and other States parties new as well as updated information on such initiatives and good practices.
2- وفي القرار نفسه، لاحظ المؤتمر مع التقدير أنَّ كثيراً من الدول الأطراف تبادلت معلومات عن مبادراتها وممارساتها الجيِّدة المتعلقة بالمواضيع التي نظر فيها الفريق العامل في اجتماعه ما بين الدورات الثاني، وحث الدول الأطراف على أن تواصل إطلاع الأمانة وسائر الدول الأطراف على المعلومات الجديدة والمعلومات المحدّثة عن تلك المبادرات والممارسات الجيِّدة.

In this context, the Meeting took note of the reports, and called on all States parties to continue to promote universalization, and to support the universalization activities of the Chairman with support from the Implementation Support Unit, in accordance with the decision of the Seventh Review Conference.
