The Secretary-General shall subsequently prepare a list in alphabetical order of all persons thus nominated, indicating the State Parties which have nominated them, and shall submit it to the States Parties to the present Convention.
ويعد الأمين العام عقب ذلك قائمة بأسماء جميع الأشخاص المرشحين بهذه الطريقة، وفقا للترتيب الأبجدي، مع توضيح أسماء الدول الأطراف التي ترشحهم، ويقدم القائمة المذكورة إلى الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية.

In accordance with article 74, paragraph 8, of the Convention the Secretary-General shall transmit the annual reports of the Committee to the States Parties to the present Convention, the Economic and Social Council, the Commission on Human Rights, the Director-General of the International Labour Office and other relevant organizations.
2- بموجب الفقرة 8 من المادة 74 من الاتفاقية، يحيل الأمين العام التقارير السنوية للجنة إلى الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية والمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ولجنة حقوق الإنسان والمدير العام لمكتب العمل الدولي وإلى المنظمات الأخرى ذات الصلة.

In accordance with article 74, paragraph 8, of the Convention the Secretary-General shall transmit the annual reports of the Committee to the States Parties to the present Convention, the Economic and Social Council, the Commission on Human Rights, the Director-General of the International Labour Office and other relevant organizations.
2- وبموجب الفقرة 8 من المادة 74 من الاتفاقية، يحيل الأمين العام التقارير السنوية للجنة إلى الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية والمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ولجنة حقوق الإنسان والمدير العام لمكتب العمل الدولي وإلى المنظمات الأخرى ذات الصلة.

4. States Parties to the present Convention undertake to have respect for the liberty of parents, at least one of whom is a migrant worker, and, when applicable, legal guardians to ensure the religious and moral education of their children in conformity with their own convictions.
4- تتعهد الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية باحترام حرية الأبوين، اللذين يكون واحد منهما على الأقل من العمال المهاجرين، والأولياء القانونيين، إن وجدوا، في تأمين التعليم الديني والأخلاقي لأولادهم وفقاً لمعتقداتهم الخاصة.

When the States Parties to the present Convention are parties also to the Convention on the Law of the Non-navigational Uses of International Watercourses,6 the provisions of the latter concerning transboundary aquifers or aquifer systems apply only to the extent that they are compatible with those of the present Convention.
1 - إذا كانت الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية أطرافا أيضا في اتفاقية قانون استخدام المجاري المائية الدولية في الأغراض غير الملاحية(6) فلا تنطبق أحكام الاتفاقية الأخيرة في ما يتصل بطبقة المياه الجوفية أو شبكة طبقة المياه الجوفية العابرة للحدود إلا بقدر اتساقها مع أحكام هذه الاتفاقية.
