[States Parties to this Protocol undertake:
]تتعهد الدول اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول بما يلي:

The Secretary-General shall thereupon communicate any proposed amendments to the States Parties to this Protocol with a request that they notify her/him whether they favour a conference of States Parties for the purpose of considering and voting on the proposal.
ويقوم اﻷمين العام بناء على ذلك بإبلاغ أي تعديلات مقترحة إلى الدول اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول مشفوعة بطلب أن تخطره بما إن كانت تفضل عقد مؤتمر للدول اﻷطراف بغرض النظر في الاقتراح والتصويت عليه.

وعليه يقوم اﻷمين العام بإبلاغ الدول اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول بأي تعديلات مقترحة، طالبا إليها إعلامه عما إذا كانت تحبذ عقد مؤتمر للدول اﻷطراف للنظر في الاقتراح والتصويت عليه.

“2. Amendments shall come into force when they have been approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations and accepted by a two-thirds majority of the States Parties to this Protocol in accordance with their respective constitutional processes.
" ٢ - تصبح التعديلات نافذة عندما توافق عليها الجمعية العامة لﻷمم المتحدة وتقبلها أغلبية الثلثين من الدول اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول وفقا للعمليات الدستورية لكل منها.

2. Amendments shall come into force when they have been approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations and accepted by a two-thirds majority of the States Parties to this Protocol in accordance with their respective constitutional processes.
٢ - تصبح التعديلات نافذة عندما توافق عليها الجمعية العامة لﻷمم المتحدة وتقبلها أغلبية الثلثين من الدول اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول وفقا للعمليات الدستورية لكل منها.

1. Without prejudice to the possibility for the Authority to issue its own travel documents, the States Parties to this Protocol shall recognize and accept the United Nations laissez-passer issued to officials of the Authority.
١ - دون اﻹخلال بإمكانية قيام السلطة بإصدار وثائق سفر خاصة بها، تعترف الدول اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول بجوازات مرور اﻷمم المتحدة الصادرة لموظفي السلطة وتقبلها.

States Parties to this Protocol undertake not to hinder in any way the effective exercise of the right to submit a communication and to take all steps necessary to prevent any persecution or sanctioning of any person or group submitting or seeking to submit a communication under this Protocol.”
" ٢- تتعهد الدول اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول بألا تعرقل بأي شكل الممارسة الفعلية للحق في تقديم بلاغ وبأن تتخذ كل ما يلزم من تدابير لمنع أي اضطهاد أو معاقبة ﻷي شخص أو جماعة على تقديم أو محاولة تقديم بلاغ وفقا لهذا البروتوكول. "
