Addressing also the need to improve national capabilities, the General Assembly recommended that States review their national legislation to ensure that the legal requirements of the 1988 Convention were met, for example, the identification of competent national authorities, the maintenance of ship registries and the establishment of adequate law enforcement powers.
١٢٨ - ولمواجهة الحاجة أيضا إلى تحسين القدرات الوطنية، أوصت الجمعية العامة بأن تراجع الدول التشريعات الوطنية لضمان الوفاء بالمقتضيات القانونية لاتفاقية سنة ١٩٨٨، مثل تعيين سلطات وطنية مختصة والاحتفاظ بسجلات للسفن، واستحداث سلطات كافية في مجال إنفاذ القوانين.

It was also suggested that States review the sensitivities of the anti-handling devices which they currently employ, determine how existing sensitivities had been established and work out the minimum sensitivity needed to ensure that such devices would fulfil their military function.

وتوصى الدول بإعادة النظر في قوانينها وسياساتها بحيث تكفل إخضاع المبعدين أو الممنوعين من الدخول إليها، على أساس الاشتباه في اشتراكهم في ارتكاب جرائم تُعتبر خطيرة بموجب القانون الدولي، لإجراءات جنائية في محكمة مناسبة.

The Group recommends that States review their legislation in this regard to assure that adequate controls and penalties are in place to deal with this issue.

11- وأوصت الحلقة التشاورية بأن تستعرض الدول العقبات القائمة التي تعوق التنفيذ التام للحق في الغذاء الكافي، ووضع جدول أعمال تشريعي للنهوض بالتنفيذ وإلغاء القوانين التي لا تتمشى معه.

B. Recommendations 79. The Special Rapporteur recommends that States review the following issues so as to assess the level of implementation, or non-implementation, of the cultural rights of women in their territories on a basis of equality.
79 - توصي المقررة الخاصة بأن تستعرض الدول المسائل الواردة أدناه لتقييم مستوى إعمال الحقوق الثقافية للمرأة في أراضيها من عدمه، وذلك على أساس المساواة.

60- وأوصى الاجتماع بأن تراجع الدول الأعضاء برامجها الخاصة بالتثقيف في مجال العدالة الجنائية الدولية، وذلك في ضوء معايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، بغية إدراج مضامين تلك المعايير والقواعد في الدورات التثقيفية بشأن سيادة القانون.

She also welcomes the Committee recommendation that States review relevant legislation to ensure that children under the age of 18, who are in need of protection, are not considered as offenders but dealt with under child protection mechanisms.
وترحب أيضاً بتوصية اللجنة بأن تقوم الدول باستعراض التشريعات ذات الصلة بغية كفالة أن لا يعتبر الأطفال دون سن ال18 الذين يحتاجون إلى حماية، بوصفهم مجرمين، بل أن يتم التعامل معهم بموجب آليات حماية الطفل.

78. The Special Rapporteur recommends that States review, renegotiate or enter into international investment agreements in an open and transparent manner, with the participation of affected communities and other stakeholders.
