I therefore reiterate the urgent appeal of the Secretary-General that all States that have not signed the Convention should sign it and that those that have signed it and have not yet ratified should ratify as soon as possible.
ولذلك فإنني أكرر النداء الملح الذي وجهه اﻷمين العام إلى جميع الدول التي لم توقع بعد على الاتفاقية بالتوقيع عليها وإلى الدول التي وقعت ولم تصادق عليها بعد بالتصديق عليها في أقرب وقت ممكن.
