9- يهيب أيضاً بالدّول ويدعو الجهات المعنية الأخرى صاحبة المصلحة، بما فيها آليات الرصد الوطنية، إلى أن تجمع المعلومات المناسبة بما فيها البيانات الإحصائية والبحثية بما يمكّن من صياغة وتنفيذ سياسات ذات علاقة بمشاركة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الحياة السياسية والعامة؛

10. Encourages States and invites other relevant stakeholders, including national monitoring mechanisms, to collect appropriate information, including disability-specific and gender-specific statistical and research data, to enable the formulation and implementation of policies to improve the employment situation of persons with disabilities;
10- يشجع الدول على جمع المعلومات المناسبة، بما فيها البيانات الإحصائية والبحثية المصنّفة بحسب الإعاقة ونوع الجنس، لكي يتسنى صياغة وتنفيذ سياسات لتحسين أوضاع عمل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، ويدعو الجهات الأخرى صاحبة المصلحة، ومنها آليات الرصد الوطنية، إلى القيام بجمع تلك المعلومات أيضاً؛

62. The collection and maintenance of appropriate information, including statistical and research data, is important to formulate and implement policies to give effect to the Convention (art. 31), including the provision on participation in political and public life.
62- يعد جمع وحفظ المعلومات المناسبة بما في ذلك البيانات الإحصائية والبيانات المستخدمة في البحوث أمراً مهماً لوضع وتنفيذ السياسات الكفيلة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية، بما يشمل الحكم المتعلق بالمشاركة في الحياة السياسية والعامة.
