6. Requests the Secretary-General to submit an interim report to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-first session and a final report to the General Assembly at its fiftieth session on the strengthening of the Centre and on the measures taken to implement the present resolution.
٦ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام تقديم تقرير مرحلي إلى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الحادية والخمسين وتقرير نهائي إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين عن تعزيز المركز وعن التدابير المتخذة لتنفيذ هذا القرار.

8. The fourth meeting of the Centre's Governing Board, which was held in Mexico on 31 October and 1 November 2003, took some important decisions concerning the strengthening of the Centre and its two campuses in respect of academic activities as well as funding for those activities.
