In the Financial Regulations and Rules of the United Nations promulgated in ST/SGB/2003/7, financial regulations 4.11 and 4.12 specify that if the amount required for income tax reimbursement is less than the credits of a Member State in its respective sub-account of the Tax Equalization Fund, the balance of such credits is to be offset against the contributions due from the Member State.

١٣ - تشمل التبرعات التي قدمت الى الحساب الفرعي المنشأ في إطار الحساب الخاص لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية من أجل تعزيز القوة بقدرة على الرد السريع ما يلي:

In a special letter of appeal dated 27 October 1993 sent to all Member States, the Secretary-General appealed to Governments to contribute generously to the sub-account of the fund for the Somali police force.
وفي رسالة نداء خاصة مؤرخة ٢٧ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٣ موجهة إلى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء، ناشد اﻷمين العام الحكومات أن تساهم بسخاء في الحساب الفرعي للصندوق الخاص بقوة الشرطة الصومالية.

٦١ - تدعو إلى تقديم تبرعات إلى الحساب الفرعي التابع للحساب الخاص لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية نقدا وفي شكل خدمات ولوازم تكون مقبولة لدى اﻷمين العام، وتدار وفقا للنظام المالي لﻷمم المتحدة؛

He also recommended that the cost of the remaining 7,150 troops, including the 4,000 person stand-by force, be funded through voluntary contributions to be made available by Member States to a sub-account of the UNPROFOR special account established for the purpose.
