The Committee urges the State party to ensure that all migrant workers and members of their families within its territory or subject to its jurisdiction enjoy, without discrimination, the rights recognized by the Convention, in accordance with article 7 thereof.
21- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على كفالة تمتع جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم الموجودين على أراضيها أو الخاضعين لولايتها بالحقوق المعترف بها في الاتفاقية دون تمييز، وفقاً للمادة 7 منها.

23. The Committee reiterates its previous recommendation that the State party should ensure that all migrant workers and members of their families within its territory or subject to its jurisdiction enjoy the rights provided for in the Convention without any discrimination, in conformity with article 7.
23- توصي اللجنة مجدداً بأن تكفل الدولة الطرف تمتُّع جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم الموجودين في أراضيها أو الخاضعين لولايتها بالحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دون أيّ تمييز، وفقاً للمادة 7.

Notwithstanding the statement contained in the State party’s report and reiterated by the delegation that “all Libyans are Muslims by birth and heredity”, the Committee stresses that it is incumbent on the State party to ensure that all individuals subject to its jurisdiction enjoy their right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion under article 18 of the Covenant.
٦١- وعلى الرغم من العبارة الواردة في تقرير الدولة الطرف، والتي كررها الوفد، وهي أن " الليبيون مسلمون بكاملهم بالمولد والوراثة " فإن اللجنة تشدد على أن الدولة الطرف ملزمة بضمان أن يتمتع جميع اﻷفراد الخاضعين لولايتها بالحق في حرية التفكير والضمير والدين بموجب المادة ٨١ من العهد.

136. Notwithstanding the statement contained in the State party's report and reiterated by the delegation that “all Libyans are Muslims by birth and heredity”, the Committee stresses that it is incumbent on the State party to ensure that all individuals subject to its jurisdiction enjoy their right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion under article 18 of the Covenant.
136- وعلى الرغم من العبارة الواردة في تقرير الدولة الطرف، والتي كررها الوفد، وهي أن " الليبيون مسلمون بكاملهم بالمولد والوراثة " فإن اللجنة تشدد على أن الدولة الطرف ملزمة بضمان أن يتمتع جميع الأفراد الخاضعين لولايتها بالحق في حرية التفكير والضمير والدين بموجب المادة 18 من العهد.

(a) To intensify its efforts to ensure that all migrant workers and members of their families within its territory or subject to its jurisdiction enjoy the rights provided for in the Convention without any discrimination, in conformity with article 7;
(أ) مضاعفة جهودها لضمان تمتع جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم الموجودين داخل أراضيها أو الخاضعين لولايتها بالحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دون أيِّ تمييز، وفقاً لأحكام المادة 7 من الاتفاقية؛

26- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تتخذ التدابير الضرورية لضمان تمتع جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم المقيمين على أراضيها أو الخاضعين لولايتها بالحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دون أي تمييز، وذلك وفقاً للمادة 7 من الاتفاقية.

21. CMW reiterated its concern about the discriminatory attitudes and social stigmatization towards migrants, and encouraged Ecuador to ensure that all migrants subject to its jurisdiction enjoy the rights provided for in the Convention.
21- وكررت اللجنة المعنية بحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم تأكيد قلقها بشأن ما يتعرض له المهاجرون من مواقف تمييزية ووصم اجتماعي، وشجعت إكوادور على ضمان تمتع جميع العمال الخاضعين لولايتها بالحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية(44).

(26) The Committee recommends that the State party take the necessary steps to ensure that all migrant workers and members of their families within its territory or subject to its jurisdiction enjoy the rights provided for in the Convention without any discrimination in conformity with article 7 of the Convention.
(26) توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تتخذ التدابير الضرورية لضمان تمتع جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم المقيمين على أراضيها أو الخاضعين لولايتها بالحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دون أي تمييز، وذلك وفقاً للمادة 7 من الاتفاقية.
