3 - تعترف الدول الأطراف التي لا تشترط لتسليم المجرمين وجود معاهدة فيما بينها بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2 بوصفها جرائم تستوجب تسليم المجرمين فيما بينها، رهنا بالشروط التي ينص عليها قانون الدولة المقدم إليها الطلب.

ويجوز للموظف خلال مدة خدمته، ورهنا بالشروط المنصوص عليها في هذه القاعدة، استخدام رصيد إجازاته المرضية المستحقة له عن كل فترة خدمته؛ وذلك ما لم تنته هذه الخدمة قبل انتهاء موعد العقد، فعندئذ يعاد حساب رصيد اﻹجازات المرضية على أساس الفترة الفعلية التي قضاها الموظف في الخدمة.

6. Extradition shall, in all cases, be subject to the conditions provided for by the law of the requested State Party or by applicable extradition treaties, including, in particular, conditions relating to the minimum penalty requirement for extradition and the grounds upon which the requested State Party may refuse extradition or make it subject to certain conditions.
6 - يخضع التسليم، في جميع الحالات، للشروط المحددة في قانون الدولة الطرف المطلوب منها التسليم أو في معاهدات التسليم السارية بما فيها، بوجه خاص، الشروط المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى للعقوبة الموجبة للتسليم والأسباب التي تجيز للدولة الطرف المطلوب منها التسليم رفض هذا التسليم، أو إخضاعه لبعض الشروط.

٣ - تعترف الدول المتعاقـدة التي لا تشترط وجود معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين بالجرائم المذكورة في المادة ١ من هذه الاتفاقية باعتبارها جرائم يجوز تسليم مرتكبيها فيما بينها، وذلك رهنا بالشروط التي ينص عليها قانون الدولة المتلقية للطلب.

(ب) يكون الحد الأقصى للإجازة المرضية يومي عمل عن كل شهر كامل من الخدمة المتواصلة ويجوز للموظف في أي وقت خلال مدة خدمته، ورهنا بالشروط المنصوص عليها في هذه القاعدة، استخدام رصيد إجازاته المرضية المستحقة له؛ بيد أنه إذا انتهت هذه الخدمة قبل انتهاء مدة التعيين، يعاد حساب رصيد الإجازات المرضية على أساس الفترة الفعلية التي قضاها الموظف في الخدمة؛

Such mutual legal assistance shall be subject to the conditions provided for by the domestic law of the requested State Party or by applicable treaties on mutual legal assistance, including, in particular, the conditions in relation to the grounds upon which the requested State Party may refuse to grant mutual legal assistance or may make it subject to conditions.
2 - تخضع هذه المساعدة القضائية للشروط المحددة في القانون الداخلي للدولة الطرف التي يطلب منها التسليم أو في المعاهدات السارية المتعلقة بالمساعدة القضائية، بما في ذلك، بوجه خاص، الأسباب التي تجيز للدولة الطرف التي يُطلَب منها التسليم رفض تقديم المساعدة القضائية أو إخضاعه لشروط.

6.
