٥ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم توصيات، استنادا إلى نتيجة مشاوراته المعتزمة ومع أخذ آراء الدول اﻷعضاء في الاعتبار، بشأن التغييرات اللازم ادخالها على مضمون وهيكل نظام اﻷمم المتحدة لﻹبلاغ الموحد عن النفقات العسكرية، وأن يقدم توصيات بهذا الشأن، بغية تعزيز وتوسيع نطاق المشاركة فيه، وأن يقدم تقريرا عن هذا الموضوع إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين؛

8. Decides to continue to keep the implementation of the Development Account under review, and requests the Secretary-General to submit a report on the subject to the General Assembly at its fifty-seventh session.

2. The report of the Secretary-General is submitted in accordance with General Assembly resolution 56/237, by which the Assembly decided to continue to keep the implementation of the Development Account under review and requested the Secretary-General to submit a report on the subject to the Assembly at its fifty-seventh session.
