وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية، وتماشيا مع ما سبق توضيحه في الفقرة 33 أعلاه، يجوز للدولة متلقية الطلب إمّا أن تحيل الطلب إلى سلطاتها المختصة وتطلب، على أساس المعلومات المقدمة فيه، إصدار أمر داخلي بالمصادرة (الفقرة 1 (أ) من المادة 55)، وإمّا أن تعترف مباشرة بأمر المصادرة الأجنبي الصادر عن محكمة في الدولة الطالبة وتجعله نافذا (الفقرة 1 (ب)).
