15- تحث أيضاً جميع الدول الأطراف على أن تمتثل بدقة لالتزاماتها بمقتضى المادة 19 من الاتفاقية، بما فيها التزاماتها بتقديم التقارير، وتحث بوجه خاص الدول الأطراف التي تأخرت تقاريرها تأخراً كبيراً عن موعدها على تقديم هذه التقارير فوراً، كما تدعو الدول الأطراف إلى تضمين التقارير التي تقدمها إلى اللجنة معلومات من منظور نوع الجنس ومعلومات عن الأطفال والأحداث؛
