Article 32 of the Charter of the Economic Rights and Duties of States, adopted by the General Assembly at its twenty-ninth session, states that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or other measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights.
إن ميثاق حقوق الدول وواجباتها الاقتصادية، الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والعشرين، نص في مادته الثانية والثلاثين على أنه لا يجوز ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو تشجع على استخدام تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.

No State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights and to secure from it advantages of any kind.
ولا يجوز ﻷية دولة استخدام التدابير الاقتصادية أو السياسية أو أي نوع آخر من التدابير، أو تشجيع استخدامها، ﻹكراه دولة أخرى على النزول عن ممارسة حقوقها السيادية وللحصول منها على أي مزايا.

No State may use or encourage the use of economic political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights and to secure from it advantages of any kind.
ولا يجوز لأية دولة استخدام التدابير الاقتصادية أو السياسية أو أي نوع آخر من التدابير، أو تشجيع استخدامها، لإكراه دولة أخرى على التنازل عن ممارسة حقوقها السيادية وللحصول منها على أية مزايا.

وقد نصت المادة ٣٢ من ميثاق حقوق الدول وواجباتها الاقتصادية الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والعشرين على أنه لا يجوز ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام تدابير، اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر، للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.

٢٢ - تنص المادة ٣٢ على أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم، أو أن تشجع على استخدام، تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد اجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.

Under the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States, no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights and to secure from it advantages of any kind, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations.
فبموجب إعلان مبادئ القانون الدولي المتعلقة بالعلاقات الودية والتعاون بين الدول وفقا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة، لا يجوز لأي دولة استخدام تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو أي نوع آخر من التدابير، أو التشجيع على استخدامها، لحمل دولة أخرى على التنازل عن ممارسة حقوقها السيادية أو للحصول منها على امتيازات أيا كان نوعها.

It also runs counter to various well-known international legal frameworks and United Nations resolutions that strongly reject unilateral measures and underline, inter alia, that " no State may use or encourage the use of unilateral economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights " .
كما أنه يتناقض مع مختلف الأطر القانونية الدولية المعروفة وقرارات الأمم المتحدة التي ترفض بقوة التدابير الانفرادية وتشدد، في جملة أمور، على أنه " ليس لأية دولة أن تستخدم أو تشجع استخدام التدابير الاقتصادية والسياسية الانفرادية أو أن نوع آخر من التدابير من أجل ممارسة الإكراه على دولة أخرى من أجل حملها على التنازل عن ممارسة حقوقها السياسية " .

Both these instruments specify that no State is entitled to use or encourage the use of economic or political measures or any other form of pressure to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its political rights.
فقد نص هذان الصكان على أنه لا يحق لأية دولة أن تستخدم أو تشجع على استخدام تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو أي نوع آخر للضغط على دول أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية في ممارسة حقوقها السياسية.
