7. To invite the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa to expedite the implementation of Amman summit resolution 211, which calls for the least developed Afro-Arab countries, including the Union of the Comoros, to be allowed to benefit from its loans and its assistance;
7 - دعوة المصرف العربي للتنمية الاقتصادية في أفريقيا إلى الإسراع في تنفيذ قرار قمة عمان رقم 211 الداعي إلى تمكين الدول الأفريقية العربية الأقل نموا من الاستفادة من قروضه ومعوناته ومن بينها جمهورية القمر المتحدة.

:: On 21 November 2005, the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya advised that, on 8 October 2005, it provided US$ 300,000 to the Union of the Comoros to support establishment of a library at the national university, within the framework of implementation of the Algiers summit resolution on support for the Union of the Comoros.
أفادت الجماهيرية العربية الليبية الشعبية الاشتراكية العظمى، بتاريخ 21/11/2005، بأنها قدمت إلى حكومة جمهورية القمر المتحدة بتاريخ 8/10/2005، مبلغ 300.000 دولار كدعم لإنشاء مكتبة بالجامعة الوطنية لجمهورية القمر، وذلك في إطار تنفيذ قرار قمة الجزائر الخاص بدعم جمهورية القمر المتحدة.

244. It will be clear from the above that the end result of the implementation of the Algiers summit resolution on the financial situation of the Secretariat-General is modest. Payment as at 31 December 2005 did not exceed 75% of approvals on the 2005 budget, for the following reasons:
ويتضح مما سبق أن المحصلة النهائية لنتائج تنفيذ قرار قمة الجزائر بشأن الوضع المالي للأمانة العامة ما زالت متواضعة إذ لم يتجاوز ما تم تسديده حتى 31/12/2005 نسبة 75% من الاعتمادات المدرجة في موازنة 2005 وذلك بسبب:

- The presence of two-thirds of Member States shall represent the legal quorum necessary for lawful convening of any session of the Council of the League, the Social and Economic Council and other ministerial councils working within the framework of the League, pursuant to paragraph 1 of the third amendment to summit resolution 290 (Algiers, 23 March 2005).
يمثل حضور ثلثي عدد الدول الأعضاء النصاب القانوني اللازم لصحة انعقاد أي دورة لمجلس الجامعة، والمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، والمجالس الوزارية الأخرى العاملة في إطار الجامعة، استناداً إلى قرار قمة الجزائر رقم 290 بتاريخ 23/3/2005 في الفقرة الأولى من التعديل الثالث.

2. To reaffirm Doha summit resolution 580 of 26 March 2013, Ministerial Council resolution 7595 of 6 March 2013; and to welcome the holding of the seat of the Syrian Arab Republic in the League of Arab States by the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces and to recognize the coalition as the legitimate, sole representative of the Syrian people.
2 - التأكيد مجدداً على قرار قمة الدوحة رقم 580 بتاريخ 26/3/2013 وقرار المجلس الوزاري رقم 7595 بتاريخ 6/3/2013 وما نصا عليه بشأن الترحيب بشغل الائتلاف الوطني لقوى الثورة والمعارضة السورية مقعد الجمهورية العربية السورية في جامعة الدول العربية، والاعتراف به ممثلاً شرعياً وحيداً للشعب السوري*.

2. The (Badgdad) Arab summit resolution O.S. 563 (23) of 29 March 2012 adopting the Arab Strategy for Disaster Risk Reduction 2020;
2- قرار قمة الدول العربية (قمة بغداد) رقم (ق.ق: 563 د.ع (23) - 29/3/2012) الذي اعتمد الاستراتيجية العربية للحد من مخاطر الكوارث 2020.

To call upon Member States to implement Doha summit resolution 467 on the provision of immediate financial support of US$ 3 million per month for six months in support of the budget of the Somali government, and to extend gratitude to those States which have fulfilled their obligations regarding implementation of this resolution;
9 - دعوة الدول الأعضاء إلى تنفيذ قرار قمة الدوحة رقم 467 الخاص بتقديم دعم مالي فوري قيمته 3 ملايين دولار أمريكي شهريا لمدة ستة أشهر لدعم موازنة الحكومة الصومالية، وتوجيه الشكر إلى الدول التي أوفت بالتزاماتها تجاه تنفيذ هذا القرار؛

Recalling Beirut summit resolution 221 (28 March 2002), which launched the Arab Peace Initiative and which was affirmed by the Riyadh summit (2007) and the Damascus summit (2008),
:: وإذ يستذكر قرار قمة بيروت رقم 221 بتاريخ 28/3/2002 الذي أطلق مبادرة السلام العربية، والتي أكدت عليها قمتا الرياض (2007)، ودمشق (2008)،

409. The Secretariat-General put summit resolution 398 (Riyadh, 2007) before the 38th session of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Ministers of Transport (Kuwait City, 30 and 31 May 2007). The Office adopted the following resolution, dealing with the specific and detailed steps to implement the summit resolution:
409 - قامت الأمانة العامة بعرض قرار قمة الرياض (2007) رقم (398) على الدورة (38) للمكتب التنفيذي لمجلس وزراء النقل العرب بتاريخ (30-31 أيار/مايو 2007) بمدينة الكويت، وأصدر المكتب القرار التالي والذي تطرق إلى خطوات محددة وتفصيلية لتنفيذ قرار قمة الرياض، وذلك على النحو التالي:

13. To call for activation of summit resolution 503 adopted at Sert in 2010, on Jerusalem, which prescribed that the additional support for the Al-Aqsa Fund and the Jerusalem Fund provided for in a resolution adopted at the Beirut summit in 2002 should be increased to $500 million; and to request the Secretariat-General of the League of Arab States to establish mechanisms to give effect to the Arab action plan to save Jerusalem.
13 - الدعوة لتفعيل قرار قمة سرت 2010 رقم (503) بشأن القدس والخاص بزيادة الدعم الإضافي المقرر في قمة بيروت 2002 لصندوقي الأقصى والقدس إلى 500 مليون دولار، والطلب من الأمانة العامة لجامعة الدول العربية وضع آليات لتنفيذ خطة التحرك العربي لإنقاذ القدس.

2. To invite Arab funding institutions to contribute to the funding of the technical support programme for the least developed Arab States that is being prepared by the Economic and Social Council pursuant to Arab summit resolution 16/272, adopted on 23 May 2004, to facilitate the accession of those States to GAFTA;
دعوة مؤسسات التمويل العربية للمساهمة في تمويل برنامج الدعم الفني للدول العربية الأقل نمواً الذي يعده المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي تنفيذاً لقرار القمة العربية رقم ق.ق 272 د.ع 16-23/5/2004 لتسهيل انضمام تلك الدول إلى منطقة التجارة الحرة العربية الكبرى.

:: In implementation of summit resolution 291 (Algiers, 23 May 2005) the Council of the League met in extraordinary session on 28 and 29 December 2005 and adopted resolution 6600, stipulating,
وتنفيذاً لقرار قمة الجزائر رقم (291) بتاريخ 23/3/2005 عقد مجلس الجامعة على المستوى الوزاري في دورته الاستثنائية ما يلي:

22. I received a letter from the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States dated 4 May in which he noted that the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Iraq had officially informed the League of the implementation of the Arab summit resolution.
