Paragraph 25 should be revised to read " Also stresses that States parties to the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) should consider implementing that Agreement in a manner supportive of food security while mindful of the obligation of Member States to promote and protect the right to food; " .
وينبغي تنقيح الفقرة 25 ليصبح نصها كالتالي: " تؤكد أيضاً ضرورة أن تنظر الدول الأطراف في اتفاق منظمة التجارة العالمية المتعلق بجوانب حقوق الملكية الفكرية ذات الصلة بالتجارة في تنفيذ الاتفاق بطريقة تكون داعمة للأمن الغذائي مع إدراك التزام الدول الأعضاء بتعزيز الحق في الغذاء وحمايته " .
