37 - تؤكد أهمية بناء القدرات وتقوية المؤسسات وتعزيز برامج التعليم من أجل تشجيع التنمية المستدامة للجبال على جميع المستويات والتوعية بالتحديات القائمة وأفضل الممارسات في مجال التنمية المستدامة في المناطق الجبلية وفيما يتعلق بطبيعة العلاقات القائمة بين مناطق المرتفعات والمنخفضات الأرضية؛
