Syrian law exempts from responsibility juveniles who had not reached the age of 10 when the crime was committed.
والقانون السوري يعفي من المسؤولية الأحداث الذين لم يبلغوا سن العاشرة وقت ارتكاب الجريمة.

114. As for collective expulsion, no provision is made for this in Syrian law.
114- وأما بالنسبة للطرد الجماعي، فهو غير منصوص عنه في التشريعات السورية.
