Those States that support terrorism in Syria and the region should take heed of past events and experiences and understand the growing threat represented by the escalation of terrorism, which shall transcend the States of the region and reach every corner of the world, including, in particular, those States that harbour and support terrorists. Terrorism is one and the same, regardless of where or when it occurs, and respects no boundaries.
وعلى الدول التي تدعم الإرهاب في سوريا وفي المنطقة أن تأخذ العبر من الوقائع والتجارب السابقة وتدرك أن التهديد الناشئ من تفاقم آفة الإرهاب يتعدى دول المنطقة ليصل إلى كل العالم وخصوصا تلك الدول الحاضنة والداعمة له، فالإرهاب واحد بغض النظر عن مكان وزمان حدوثه ولا يعترف بأية حدود.

The Syrian Arab Republic has repeatedly affirmed that those States that support terrorism in Syria and the region should take heed of past events and experience and understand that the growing threat represented by the escalation of terrorism will surely transcend the States of the region and spread around the world, including, in particular, to those States that harbour and support terrorists.
لقد أكدت سورية مراراً بأنه ينبغي على الدول التي تدعم الإرهاب في سورية وفي المنطقة أن تأخذ العبر من الوقائع والتجارب السابقة وتدرك أن التهديد الناشئ من تفاقم آفة الإرهاب لا بد وأن يتعدى دول المنطقة ليصل إلى كل العالم وخصوصاً الدول الحاضنة والداعمة له.
