The problems, challenges and issues we are now facing were eloquently analysed and explained by the previous speakers, especially by the Portuguese representative on behalf of the EU, by Ambassador Trezza of Italy, by Ambassador Tarui of Japan and by Ambassador Paranhos of Brazil.
