In its decision SC-2/9 the Conference of the Parties adopted terms of reference for regional and subregional centres for capacity-building and transfer of technology under the Stockholm Convention as well as criteria for evaluating their performance.
2 - اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرر " اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/9 " اختصاصات المراكز الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا بموجب اتفاقية استكهولم إضافة إلى معايير لتقييم أداء هذه المراكز.

2. Underlines the urgency of implementing commitments related to financing and transfer of technology under the Convention;

18. 18 - كما تناول المنتدى مسائل هامة أخرى من قبيل نقل التكنولوجيا في إطار الاتفاقية، وبناء القدرات، وإيجاد إطار تمكيني لتنفيذ السياسات الإنمائية، ووضع إطار لتحقيق التكامل فيما بين السياسات والاستراتيجيات، والتعاون دون الإقليمي والإقليمي.

(c) Support least developed countries in strengthening their capacity to manage their natural resources, including minerals, energy and agriculture, and to diversify their commodity base, including through the transfer of technology under mutually agreed terms and conditions;

One, submitted by 15 developing countries, referred to as terms of reference for the Working Group, intends to examine the issues of transfer of technology under five broad subheadings: provisions of the WTO Agreements related to transfer of technology; analytical work; identification of areas of possible technical cooperation; areas where consensus-building could be sought; and cooperation with other organizations.
