The employer who terminates the contract of the employment of an employee on grounds of unjustified termination shall be bound by the provisions of Article 29 of this Proclamation.
ويلتزم صاحب العمل الذي ينهي عقد عمالة العامل لأسباب الإنهاء غير المبرر بأحكام المادة 29 من هذا الإعلان.

The termination shall come into effect one year from the date of the receipt of such a communication.
