My Government also wishes to endorse the language in the Subcommittee report which speaks to the usefulness of the participation of representatives of the Territories in the work of the Special Committee.
وتود حكومة بلادي كذلك أن تصادق على الصياغة الواردة في تقرير اللجنة الفرعية التي تتحدث عن فائدة اشتراك ممثلي اﻷقاليم في عمل اللجنة الخاصة.

In this connection, the Committee may wish to forward to the specialized agencies concerned a copy of this report and of previous reports, drawing the attention of these agencies to the relevance of these resolutions with the aim of including the Territories in their programmes of work.
وفي هذا الصدد، قد تود اللجنة أن تقدم الى الوكالات المتخصصة المعنية نسخا من هذا التقرير والتقارير السابقة، وأن تسترعي انتباه تلك الوكالات الى أهمية هذه القرارات بهدف إدراج اﻷقاليم في برامج عملها.

It urges administering Powers to take all necessary measures not to involve those Territories in any offensive acts or acts of interference against other States.
وتحث اللجنة الدول القائمة باﻹدارة بأن تتخذ جميع التدابير الضرورية من أجل عدم إشراك تلك اﻷقاليم في أية أعمال هجومية أو أعمال تدخل ضد دول أخرى.

Furthermore, aware of the presence of such bases and installations in some of those Territories, the Assembly urges the administering Powers concerned to continue to take all necessary measures not to involve those Territories in any offensive acts or interference against other States, and to comply fully with the purposes and principles of the Charter.
وبالاضافة الى ذلك فإن الجمعية العامة، إدراكا منها لوجود مثل هذه القواعد والمنشآت في بعض تلك اﻷقاليم، تحث الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة على أن تواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة حتى لا تورط تلك اﻷقاليم في أي أعمال هجومية أو تدخل ضد دول أخري، وأن تلتزم تماما بمقاصد الميثاق ومبادئه.

Perhaps we could add a new paragraph here requesting the administering Powers to encourage the participation of the representatives of those Territories in the work of this Committee.
ولعله يكون بوسعنا أن نضيف هنا فقرة جديــدة تطلب إلى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة تشجيع اشتراك ممثلين من تلك اﻷقاليم في أعمال هذه اللجنة.

7. Calls upon the administering Powers to ensure that foreign economic activities in the Non-Self-Governing Territories under their administration are directed to assist the peoples of those Territories in the exercise of their right to self-determination;
٧ - تطلب إلى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة ضمان توجيه اﻷنشطة الاقتصادية اﻷجنبية في اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي الواقعة تحت إدارتها من أجل مساعدة شعوب تلك اﻷقاليم في ممارسة حقها في تقرير المصير؛

Similar new language in the draft resolution on the implementation of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples by the specialized agencies also recognizes new developments, especially in the area of the participation of many of these Territories in the wider United Nations system.
والصياغة الجديدة المماثلة في مشروع القرار المتعلق بتنفيذ إعلان منح الاستقلال للبلدان والشعوب المستعمرة من جانب الوكالات المتخصصة يعترف أيضا بالتطورات الجديدة، لا سيما في مجال مشاركة العديد من هذه اﻷقاليم في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة على نطاقها اﻷوسع.
