In the same decision, the Conference of the Parties also requested the Secretariat to prepare terms of reference for the assessment of funding needs for parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the Convention over the period 2018 - 2022, for consideration and possible adoption at the seventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties.
4 - وفي نفس المقرر، طلب مؤتمر الأطراف أيضاً إلى الأمانة أن تعد اختصاصات لتقييم احتياجات التمويل للأطراف من البلدان النامية أو البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2018-2022، لعرضها على مؤتمر الأطراف للنظر فيها واحتمال اعتمادها في اجتماعه السابع.

On 10 June 2013, the Secretariat transmitted to the secretariat of the Global Environment Facility the report on the assessment of funding needs of parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Stockholm Convention over the period 2015 - 2019.
6 - أحالت الأمانة، في 10 حزيران/يونيه 2013، إلى أمانة مرفق البيئة العالمية التقرير المطلوب عن احتياجات التمويل للأطراف من البلدان النامية أو البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام اتفاقية استكهولم خلال الفترة 2015-2019.

At its second meeting, the Conference of the Parties, in its decision SC-2/12, adopted the terms of reference for work on modalities on the needs assessment for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010, as set forth in the annex to the decision.
4 - وفي اجتماعه الثاني، اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرره اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/12، اختصاصات العمل بشأن طرائق تقييم احتياجات الأطراف من البلدان النامية أو البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2006 - 2010، على النحو المبين في مرفق المقرر.

In response to that request, the Secretariat prepared revised draft terms of reference for work on assessment of funding needs for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010.
واستجابة لذلك الطلب، أعدت الأمانة مشروعاً منقحاً لاختصاصات للعمل بشأن احتياجات التمويل للأطراف من البلدان النامية أو البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2006 - 2010.

The Conference may wish to consider and adopt, with any amendments, the revised draft terms of reference for work on assessment of funding needs for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010.
7 - قد يود مؤتمر الأطراف أن ينظر في المشروع المنقح لاختصاصات العمل بشأن تقييم احتياجات التمويل للأطراف من البلدان النامية أو البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال وأن يعتمد المشروع مع إي تعديلات تجرى من أجل تنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية للفترة 2006 - 2010.

The Conference may wish to adopt, with any amendments, the draft terms of reference set out in the annex to the present note for work on modalities on the needs assessment for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010.
6- قد يرغب مؤتمر الأطراف أن يعتمد مع أية تعديلات، مشروع الاختصاصات الوارد في مرفق هذه المذكرة للعمل بشأن طرائق تقدير احتياجات الأطراف التي تعتبر بلداناً نامية أو بلداناً تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2006- 2010.

Based on the information it receives, the Secretariat will provide an assessment of the needs of Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition for consideration by the Conference of the Parties, initially at its third meeting.
