The Chairman recommended that the Committee accept the credentials of the representatives of all States mentioned in the memorandum of the secretariat of the Assembly, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the States referred to in paragraph 6 above would be communicated to the secretariat of the Assembly, as soon as possible.

7. The Chairman proposed that the Committee accept the credentials of all the representatives mentioned in the memorandum by the Secretary-General, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives referred to in paragraph 2 of the Secretary-General's memorandum would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible.

11. On the proposal of the Chairman, the Committee adopted the following draft resolution, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 2 of the Secretary-General's memorandum (see para. 8 above) would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible:
١١ - بناء على اقتراح من الرئيس، اعتمدت اللجنة مشروع القرار التالي على أساس أن وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرة ٢ من مذكرة اﻷمين العام )انظر الفقرة ٨ أعلاه( سترسل إلى اﻷمين العام في أقرب وقت ممكن:

The Committee decided to accept the credentials of the representatives of all States listed in the above-mentioned memorandum and the statement relating thereto and the European Community, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the States referred to in the report (A/CONF.215/L.2) would be communicated to the Secretary-General of the United Nations as soon as possible.
