The fact that the victim was tried in a special tribunal, as well as the prison officials' threat that his father would suffer the consequences of the author's political activity abroad show that the present case was considered by the authorities to be political in nature.
ويتبين من محاكمة الضحية في محكمة خاصة ومن تهديد موظفي السجون بأن والدها سيعاني من عواقب النشاط السياسي لصاحب البلاغ في الخارج، أن السلطات اعتبرت هذه القضية ذات طابع سياسي.
