6.8 In view of the foregoing, the Committee considers that the complainant has not demonstrated the existence of substantial grounds for believing that his return to Bangladesh would expose him to a real, specific and personal risk of torture, as required under article 3 of the Convention.
6-8 في ضوء ما تَقَدَّم، ترى اللجنة أن صاحب الشكوى لم يثبت وجود أسباب حقيقية تدعو إلى الاعتقاد بأن عودته إلى بنغلاديش ستعرضه لخطر حقيقي ومحدد وشخصي بالتعرض للتعذيب، وفق أحكام المادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

5.15 In conclusion, the complainant submits that his return to Turkey constitutes a violation of article 3, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Convention.
5-15 وختاماً، يدفع صاحب الشكوى بأن ترحيله إلى تركيا يشكل انتهاكاً للفقرتين 1 و2 من المادة 3 من الاتفاقية.
