الرئيس: إذا لم يكن هناك اقتراح بموجب المادة 66 من النظام الداخلي، هل لي أن أعتبر أن الجمعية العامة تقرر عدم مناقشة تقرير اللجنة الخامسة المعروض عليها اليوم؟
